Team Luna Chix is a team of women who represent LUNA as an
inspirational brand that supports women in sport.
We are dedicated to getting more women into sports and outside to
play!
LUNA Chix triathlon team in Seattle, Washington is in
its fifth year. The team consists of 10 diverse women
in all stages of triathlon experience. We come together
with the common interest of sport and activity, and to
inspire and educate women in reaching their fitness
goals. We are also making a difference in our community
by raising funds and awareness for the
Breast Cancer Fund
non-profit who seeks to identify and eliminate
environmental and other preventable causes of this
disease.
May through September we host free
weekly workouts in the various disciplines. All ability
levels are welcome! We also have monthly clinics that
work on specific skills like transitions and open water
swimming. Look at the calendar and pictures to see what we did this season!

Campaign For Safe Cosmetics
Did you know that only 11 percent of all personal care products are tested for safety, and that many contain carcinogens and other toxic chemicals?
The FDA has no authority to regulate the personal care products you use every day. That's where the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics comes in.
The Breast Cancer Fund is a founding member and leading partner in
the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics, a coalition working to protect
your health by calling for the elimination of chemicals used in the cosmetics industry linked to cancer,
birth defects and other health problems.
