June 4 - Trail Run at Cougar Mountain

It may have been cold, but at least it wasn't raining! 9 of us enjoyed the beautiful and challenging trail run. Avoiding the roots, rocks and puddles all worked to strengthen our small stabelizing muscles, and the hills strengthened our large butt muscles! :-) The loop took us 1:15, but the last 2 miles of downhill made it all worth it! Thanks to Amy for organizing this super fun workout!
