Workout Description:
In preparation for the Mercer Island Escape from the Rock Triathlon or just to get in a quality workout with some fun women, please join the LUNA Chix for a bike/run brick at Luther Burbank Park on Mercer Island. This is a convenient location for both Seattleites and Eastsiders.

We'll plan to ride the Mercer Island loop clockwise (approximately 14 miles), then follow with a 20 to 30 minute out-and-back run along the I-90 trail toward Seattle. Since we cater to all ability levels from the experienced to the first time triathlete, our workout plan may vary based on abilities/levels in attendance.


What to bring:
Please bring bike gear (don't forget your extra tube and pump!), helmet, cycling shoes, running shoes, and water/sports drink. As always, we will have bars and other goodies available after the workout.
