Take I-90 East To Issaquah/Front St. Exit 17. At the Light Turn Left onto East Lake Sammamish Parkway. Go To 2nd Light (Union 76) And Turn Right onto Issaquah Fall City Road. Get in the Left Lane and Turn Left at the 2nd Light onto Issaquah Pine Lake Road. Turn Right At 32nd (Across From the Klahanie Fire Station). Drive Straight past the Beaver Lake Middle School and turn left on East Beaver Lake

Workout Description:
Hi Triathletes,
We're looking forward to a fun biking and running workout at the Beaver Lake Park on the Sammamish Plateau. This workout will help you prepare for the bike to run transition in a triathlon.
Bike: 6-8 mile option OR the whole 14 mile Beaver Lake Triathlon
Run: 1-2 miles

We cater to all ability levels from the experienced to the first time triathlete. The workouts are free; however, we are always collecting donations for the Breast Cancer Fund. Please visit their web site at www.breastcancerfund.org for more information.
