Workout Description:
This workout will help you prepare for tackling hills while on the bike - given where we live, hills are hard to miss when biking around Seattle... or participating in many of the local triathlons.
We will have 3 options to choose from:
* Beginners/ Intermediate: Bike once around Magnolia loop clockwise (~7mi)
* Intermediate: Bike once around Magnolia loop counter-clockwise (~7mi)
* Advanced: Bike twice around Magnolia loop (~ 14 mi) counter-clockwise
For your reference, a map of Magnolia can be found here. Bike loop skirts the outer edge of this neighborhood.
What to bring:
Bike
Bike shoes
Helmet (required!)
Sunglasses
Bike gloves
Spare tubes
Repair Kit - at a minimum, should include tire levers, patch kit, CO2 cartridges (or small pump)
Water
