What to bring:
· Running shoes (trail running shoes if you have them)
· Weather appropriate running attire
· Water or sports drink
Contact the run leader, Amy Hayes, for more information.
We cater to all ability levels from the experienced to the first time triathlete. The workouts are free; however, we are always collecting donations for the Breast Cancer Fund. Please visit their web site at www.breastcancerfund.org for more information.
Bring your LUNA Bar and Clif Bar wrappers to the workout for recycling! Read about the Wrapper Brigade for more information.
