Meet At: We will meet in the Sunset Beach parking lot (to the right when you come to the T).
Workout Description:
There will be an out and back bike course on Lake Sammamish Parkway ~ 14 mile as well as an out and back run. Immediately following the ride will be a 1-2 mile run to work on those brick legs. We will have someone to watch your stuff, so you can practice your fast transitions! All ability levels welcome.

What to bring:
Make sure you bring your bike, bike shoes, spare tube, tire levers, pump/CO2, helmet, water, food, running shoes, identification, and bike/run clothing.

We cater to all ability levels from the experienced to the first time triathlete. The workouts are free; however, we are always collecting donations for the Breast Cancer Fund. Please visit their web site at www.breastcancerfund.org for more information.
