Park Information
Directions:
I-5 North/South Bound:
- Take the West Seattle exit.
- Stay to the left if you are heading North on I-5; stay to the right if you are heading South on I-5.
- Follow the signs to Fauntleroy Way SW.
- Stay on Fauntleroy Way SW until you come to the Park on the right hand side of the street. You can also follow the signs for Vashon Ferry - the ferry terminal is south of the Park (you will come to the Park before you get to the ferry terminal.)
Parking:
Lot is located at the south end and additional lots along Fauntleroy SW as well as on-street parking.
Meet At:
We will meet in the south end parking lot off Fauntleroy Way SW.
Workout Description:
The plan is for a slow and steady run workout through the trails of Lincoln Park for 30 to 45 minutes. We'll have 3, 4, and 5 mile courses led by three LUNA Chix. Here's a link to a nice trail map of Lincoln Park, in case you'd like to familiarize yourself with the park beforehand.
